Publisher is a desktop publishing application that helps you create visually rich, professional-looking publications comes packaged in Microsoft office.
If you have microsoft 2010 installed in your windows computer, go to start menu, select all apps as shown
then scroll to find microsoft office folder.
Expand the microsoft office folder and scroll down until you find microsoft publisher. see the illustrations below
when you click the Publisher icon, the first screen that appears is as shown:
