Are you a leader or a follower?
We are always influenced by other people around us, so we we are followed by default. As a leader you are always in pursuit of knowledge, we read books, magazines and go through social medias to get ideas about our trade. And so we follow others no matter our status in society. Even the president follows his subjects to know their feelings and opinions.
We are also leaders in our own rights if we influence one another to make this or that decision, whatever the capacity we do it.
