Lot of youths have a habit of constantly using social media like facebook, Instagram and lot of informations are going into their head. Because of those lot of informations going into your head, the brain cannot process that informations it just stores the information. Even when you go for a sleep your brain is still working that means it is not going into a relax mode. The brain will keep processing the data and because the brain is still processing the data the brain did not get time to take rest so when you wake up in the morning you still feel tired. Because of these two reasons the person cannot focus or concentrate(Surya Bala, 2023).
Loss of Curiosity and Creativity
One of the most significant casualties of over-teaching is the erosion of curiosity and creativity.
When students are bombarded with a barrage of facts, figures, and formulas, there’s little room for exploration, experimentation, and innovation.
