What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
I will pray and read the word of God from the holy scriptures. God already promises us great peace and goodness. All his creations is full of pleasantness and peace. In God there is no negative feelings and the reason we have negativity is because we are separated from him. Let me share some holy writings that creates in me instance peace and Joy.
2 Peter 1:2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
Psalms 145:14 The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.
God’s intentions have been that human kind be full of pleasant memories and goodness and not feeling bad or negatives.
Psalms 145:7 They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.
Feeling bad is Abad spirit from negative forces of the world.
Every time I have a project, I will be totally sold to it. My projects could be a client wanting me to make a simple java and Visual Basic program for him/her. Or it could be a course am trying to finish. Am totally sold to goals I have set for myself and I forget everything else to focus on that one task .
Am not good at multitasking and so I concentrate on a single thing until I bring it to it’s logical conclusion. The joy of finishing what I started is very rewarding to me.
Sometimes it comes with a cost because it can make me loose other important things to me like relationships. I have lost girlfriends because I was focusing on a project or course of study and I was not giving them attention as required. I loved them dearly but am always lost when there is something worth of my pursuit. I will concentrate on it with uttermost precision..

shopping is something most of us enjoy as it gives us some good feelings and sense of control in our lives. It is an excellent way to spend our free time and gives us sense of achievement and belonging. Some studies have shown that, people who go shopping on regular basis have lesser chances of suffering depression and are happier than those who rarely do it. When you see a depressed person, dash them some cash so that they can go shopping, it can help them feel better:;;
Shopping is a process in which a customer explore the available goods in stores or services presented by one or more retailers with the intent to identify things to purchase.
It can also be described as an activity of going around market places and business stores looking for things that are available with potential to fulfil our needs or wants.
Shopping is an occurrence where a potential buyers meets with sellers of goods and services in order to familiarize themselves with sellers of merchandise.
Shopping is an enjoyable activities to many people especially women. Sellers always display items on sale on a very attractive way such that it is pleasant to the eyes. So when people go shopping, they enjoy very beautiful sceneries in the market areas. When shopping, you meet new items and update yourself with new developments in designs, technology and innovations, so shopping is also a learning experience.
To some people shopping is a therapy where they go shopping to distract themselves from their daily routines or stressful situations of life. Shopping is a pleasant experience that releases dopamine making as feel good. Offcourse we love possession of goods as human beings and shopping creates some good ideas in our mind about possibilities owning something we like.
On my part, it is not common to find me shopping because i can order what i need online and my time is always squeezed because of my very busy life.
however i have something against online shopping because people that are striving to bring all the things we need at our door steps are denying us human kind opportunities to have good time out there and improve on our mental health.
It is also a great moments when couples go shopping, it increases their bonds.
Latitude and longitude are lines used to locate locations on planet earth.
The GreenWich Meridian
It is a historic prime meridian or the Greenwich meridian used as a geographical reference line that passes through the Royal Observatory, Greenwich, in London, England and that passes from south to north pole of the earth.
The greenwich Meridian divides the earth into equal parts.
Because the earth is considered to be a circular sphere for the purpose of most of scientific studies, Greenwich Meridian is considered to pass through the center of the spherical earth dividing it into two hemispheres.

Axis of the Earth
The axis of Earth is the imaginary line that is imagined to run from North Pole to South Pole through the center of the earth and believed to be the line at which the earth rotate. It is imagined as the support the earth will have so that it is able to rotate at the 24 hours rotation making one part face the sun and the earth be dark after every 12 hours.

The line running on the Equator is usually referred to as the great circle because all the other circles besides it, to the right or left are smaller than it and are referred to as small circles. We are referring the lines as circles because they goes around the globe.
Note that the circles reduces in diameter as one moves from the equator towards the North or towards the South pole.
The Equator divides the circle into two hemispheres.
The equator is a circle perpendicular to axis of a spheroid, such as Earth, and dividing such a spheroid into two equal halves mostly refered to as north and south hemisphere.

On Earth surface, the Equator is an imaginary line located at center of the earth and running from east to west and estimated to be about 40,075 km (24,901 mi) in length around the earth and lying halfway between the North and South poles. The term equator can also be used for any other celestial body that is roughly spherical meaning we can find an equator in other planets of the universe and other bodies like moon.
In the sphere below, we illustrate an equator AB that divides the sphere into two equal parts. The circles on the south and the north of AB are both small circles and there are many circles that are drawn on either side of the equator AB known as the Latitudes.

Unlike the horizontal lines parallel to AB that changes in diameter relative to their distance from the equator; we have other lines that runs from south to north and each one of them have equal circumference and each one of them divides the globe into two equal parts. Because they are all equal in length and are greater than the equator, they are all regarded as great circles.
In the figure below, the lines are drawn that are parallel to PQ each one of them dividing the sphere into two. The radius R of each of the great circles is also the radius of the sphere.
It is not that hard working people succeeds because they are working hard. Good people don’t always get good things and there is righteous people that perishes in their righteousness and there are wicked people that prolong their days. That knowledge and understanding of science and earthly knowledge does guarantee that we will get food to eat. By the time we are dying, often in hospital bed, there is nothing that really matters about our lives and all the things we have done or acquired in life. All that we ever held in great regard is no longer exciting to us.
In my days on earth, i have seen highly educated people rotting in poverty. I have seen highly intelligent and skilled people rotting in jail. Yet i have seen unschool and illiterate making millions of money and ruling and exploiting well educated people.so i concluded that it is not always true that diligent hands will succeed and prosper.
I also noted that the world is not ruled by people of talent but people that happened to be in a certain position at a particular time. I have also seen seen strong and mighty people dying like animals and have seen poor people of the land living hundred years.
There are people who has not worked very hard in life yet they live in affluence, but there are those that wake up to do donkey’s work daily, yet they die in poverty and live their offsprings to the mercy of the world.
So in my pursuit to understand what life is all about i came across the following words and agreed with them.
“I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all”.
I also noted that that has a breath of life has potential to succeed and so anyone living in luxury has potential of sinking to misery.
I have noted that man is a very vulnerable creature that does not understand his vulnerability. He is also extremely selfish creature that follows only those things that will give him pleasure, right now or likely to make him happy later in his days. That human beings does not know exactly what they want in life, yet they are in constant pursuit of imaginary very pleasant thing that will give them the ultimate joy, yet they live the world without ever getting it. That most often all the thoughts of man is toward causing trouble and anxiety. And man is inclined toward evils than good, no wonder newsagents focus on bad news and ignore the good word. Am agreeing with this words:
“This is an evil among all things that are done under the sun, that there is one event unto all: yea, also the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead.”
I learnt that people want to have much more possessions than everybody else.
I also learnt about the ever struggle among men to dominate their neighbors, that people always want to be better than anyone else and their is comfort and joy that comes when people find that their neighbors are below them in possessions and status. I learnt that even your greatest friend is innately very unhappy when you are better than them and people are naturally jealousy. People are attached to you as long as they have something useful they can get from you and that to maintain people that surrounds you, may it be friends, lovers or wife, you must have something useful attached to you. This is what causes celebrities to be followed by many people and poor people to be abandoned even by their relatives. Women live men when they are broke and wealth men attracts a lot of women because human beings are highly attracted to things than to men. The same reason applies to us getting tools to maximize profit making in our companies at the expense of people we retrench.
That a man is in constant pursuit of comfort and avoidance of pain and so will seek people or things that can give him comfort and he/she will avoid miserable people that has been beaten by misfortunes because they make her uncomfortable.But man is never comfortable and his soul is always in search of something that can satisfy them.
When am using him, i mean both him and her because there is no neutral word to represent both.
Man is a tool animal and what makes man’s life much meaningful is his tools.
All this thing i have learnt in my pursuit of wisdom and have become sorrowful because i have seen all things as useless.

If you are working in a team, you may be required to send your progress to the group and also see what others have been doing.
Team members add unto each others work while modifying each others code.
You may also finding yourself working on a complex project that has many changes and things you created may got removed and yet you need them later. Other times you need to delete a significant chunk of code and you may need to keep a copy of the whole thing just you change your mind and want to include the code again. If you happen to experience this, then you are likely to have many copies of the same project. Personally when i was working on my project, i had retained many copies of the project because anytime you needed to make changes, you have to create a copy of the project, keep the original and then modify the copy. The old copies of the project files are then one referred to as the historical copies.
Historical Copies let you see what the project was like before you modified it and lets you back to the old version of the project incase you find that the latest changes were wrong and not needed.
Historical copies also help you track the progress of your changes with time and helps you understand why changes were made .
Version control systems let us keep track of the changes in our files by enabling us see who did what, when they did it, who they are and why they did what on a file. The file can be code,images, configurations, video etc.
One of the best and widely used version control system is Git. Git helps us keep track of our changes and in collaborating with others to avert changes.
Diffing Files
it involves comparing two files side by side to see the difference between them. Git will have tools that help the process automatically.
Suppose we have two versions of the same file called calcultemean.py.
The first version we call calculatemean1.py and the second we call calculatemean1.py.
We can use diff command that will highlight only the lines in the two versions that are different.

How has a failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success?
Personally i improved my social and economic life after leaving my first job. Offcourse it was very devastating for me and for the next three days after sacking letter my head was blank and could not think or be able to say anything. But it is after the incident that i got business ideas that has been helping my life today. If i had continued with employment, i would still be very poor, working soo hard for too little and wasting my life away.
Am not a lone, majority of people that has been very successful in life faced insurmountable difficulties at one point in their lives. Let us look at some few of them.
He was born underweight and his father died shortly before his birth. His mother left him with grandmother in order to get married to another man. At 17, his mother removed him from school so that he can learn and do farming though he passionately hated farming. Today he is always considered great of all in the field of physics with hundreds of papers and many theories to his name.
Thomas Edison
He was told by his teachers that he was too stupid to learn anything but later went ahead to have more than 1000 patents one of them being the electric lamp. He is considered as one of the most successful inventors that ever lived. He tested thousand materials before creating the carbon-filament bulb that is one of the most useful objects to billions of people in the world.
He is considered a genius who was very famous in the field of theoretical physics.He won a Nobel prize because of his theory of relativity and changed the classical approach to physics. however, Albert Einstein was only able to speak after he was 4 years old and was only able to read after 7 years. He was thought to be mentally handicapped child, but it turned to be opposite through his persistence.

When he was trying out a career in comedy, he fronze infront of his first audience and was booed and jeered off stage, a very nasty experience that can depress any public speaker. He later corrected himself and went on to become one of the most successful comedian of all time.

Always considered the most successful president of the United States of America. He was inspiring in his speech, abolished slave trade and saved united state. But Lincoln life was more identified with failures than success.

It has been a long journey will up and downs, some walks in the park, other parts were thorny and rocky, made of some good moments and painful moments, moments of life and moments of great moments of pain of rejection, a journey of intimidating failures and some exciting triumphs, it is a journey made of deprivation and affluent shared in equal proportion, but also full of fights and struggles .
Human beings is a tool being. All human life from uncivilized era even now where knowledge and technology is exploding, men depends heavily on tools. For almost every activity or work we do, there is a tool involved.
Some of the most important tools I always need in me includes:
Knife
Eating is a very important part of life. Every three hours I will be having something to eat and it is almost impossible to prepare food in kitchen without a knife.Blessings to anyone that invented it.
Phone
Phone is the object that I use as the access point to the world. It is a point through which I communicate with the world. If I don’t have a phone, I feel shut up from the world.
Most of us are addicted to our mobile phones and I have observed that, the first thing people do when they sit down is remove their phone from pocket and start reading something from it, mostly social media messages.
Laptop
Unlike phone and knife that are very common and useful to everyone in the world, laptop is not an essential to many people. But for me laptop is a very handy instrument because it is what I have been using for my academic work and personal projects that I have done to bring me earnings and growth. In my professional growth , I could not do without a laptop.
Study desk
It may not be essential to most people but I use over 90% of my out of job time on my desk. It is where I prepare lessons for my students and where I develop projects and study. Am very studios person and definitely need some where to study.
Shoes
How on earth will we walk in the chilly mornings without our shoes. It is almost impossible to step out of the house without shoes. It is the main protection against harmful objects and chemical elements on the ground ground.
Clothes
It is akward to refer clothes as objects but they are basic things you need. Our jumpers protects us from cold whereas pants and shirts are garments we cannot walk without.
