A family member is a person you are related by blood . It is a person that is in your family tree. However, some people can get family membership through adoption. If someone has been living with your family for years and knows no other family except yours, then they are family members. If I adopt a child from orphanage and he or she starts living with me, she/he is a member of my family.
When walking, every part of your body is in motion, so every part of your body is doing some exercise.
Some of the benefits of walking includes:
increased cardiovascular and pulmonary (heart and lung) fitness
reduced risk of heart disease and stroke
improved management of conditions such as hypertension joint and muscular pain or stiffness, and diabetes
stronger bones and improved balance
increased muscle strength and endurance
reduced body fat.
One reason walking is my number one choice in physical exercise is that it costs almost nothing except time. I like walking in a natural environment like in a forested area hence connecting with nature.
As long as there are good shoes , you r good to go. Walking is that cheap.
What alternative career paths have you considered or are interested in?
Though I enjoy teaching career I developed when I was young, I discovered that it was not what I always wanted. Apart from teaching mathematics and Physics, I realized that I like breaking down things into very small parts, am curious how things work and I was greatly fascinated by what was happening behind the laptop screen I was using to prepare my lessons. I always liked solved problems and finding new ways of doing things, and so I was Constantly seeking new ways of managing students data. I liked the idea of working with data and manipulating it and found using most of my free time studying about data and information storage. That is how I pumped into programming courses and other information technology courses online and slowly drifted towards computer science world
Ugali is a simple meal to cook. All you need is clean boiling water and a maize floor. Maize floor is made from maize plants glowing. United states and Brazil are number one producers of maize in the world. South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Egypt produced 51% of Africa’s total maize output in 2017.https://www.roff.co.za/blogs/blog).
After water has been boiled, maize floor is poured in and then stirring is done until hard and uniform white solid is formed. Maize floor is usually white though there are ugali made from Wimbi and other grains as well. Wimbi ugali, famous in western Kenya is usually brown in color. Ugali is a staple food for majority of people in Africa.

One kilogram of maize floor can serve about 4 people.
I remembered it like yesterday. I spent eight months indoor…all you good see on people is their forehead because everyone wore a mask. You ensure a distance of 1 m from each person as a social distance.
All this happened in year 2020 and many businesses were close, movement was limited and loneliness was order of the day for the single people. Thank God it passed
What’s the biggest risk you’d like to take — but haven’t been able to?
Marriage is one of the greatest risk because it involves emotions which when triggered becomes difficult to control. In marriage ones feeling and decision are greatly influenced by the other person. It is an area you cannot have real control over yourself. In marriage you must always have consensus with the other person. All other things you decide outside marriage are in your control because it depends only on you. Marriage is risky because you may need to share your hard acquired things with somebody who may never be able to contribute to it and have potential of taking away your fortunes if the other person is wicked and greedy.
However, marriage is good because God said that it is not good for a man to be alone. It brings emotional stability, sense of belonging and support when needed. Nevertheless, Bible says those that will marry will have many tribulations, but again, those that has got marriage partner has got a good thing, and has obtained favor from God. So it is good risk when it succeed and terrible one when it fails.
please reach me in the comments about how you see it…
If I heard work, I won’t be able to see the light of today. I fight and fight and struggle for survival because thing meant to kill me are many. Sometimes all I had is nothing but a strong Spirit that refuses to give up
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I look meek , but people don’t know that I have faced issues that have been too strong for me. That I have endured many difficulties that almost caused me nervous breakdown. That am not as rich as I seems to be. That behind my smiles and joy, there are many sorrows. That am a nice guy though I have scaring face.
When you think of the word “successful,” who’s the first person that comes to mind and why?
She overcame trauma, mental disturbances, anxiety, poverty, despair, Insults, humiliation and diseases to raise children that are doing well in life. She worked with very little in her hands to achieve soo much. She worked with anyone to help yet she overcomed so many hurdles of life.
What is success?
To me success is overcoming challenges that are meant to stop you and achieve your goals against the obstacles. It is having joy against odds that were meant to make you unhappy. It is doing something when you have no background for it, support for it or resources for it. It is becoming what you. circumstances could not facilitate you to be.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
I have been advising people. Sometimes you can give advice to me and then you are left wondering if it is practical to you in real practice. When giving advices, it is possible to get inspiration out of this world and when you come to your senses, you realize that it is not easy for your advise client.
Personally I don’t remember any advice that worked on my favor. This could be because as a teenager, I was stubborn and very hard to give advice, as teenager, I despised or dismissed elderly people’s advice largely because I felt they lived in a world different from mine. I felt they did not understand my issues or my future or my purpose. I got mad when they appointed a role model for me because I thought am a unique copy of myself and comparison sounded like an insult. Where I wish I listened and gave more attention to their advices, I also reglect for following most of our culture norms and believes.
One stupid thing I followed soo religiously though I hated it to a great measure was going to school and spend a lot of time learning soo many things that were taught there. I wish I could have just followed some few things that excited my heart and perfect in them. I wish I could spent more time learning and practicing business rather than chasing theoretical science as advised by teachers and elders in my community. In terms of career, I wish I pursued productions of good and services rather than study a lot of math. That way I could have gained financial freedom. Most often formal education prepares you for servitude rather than for things that will bring you joy and contentment.
The advice I wish I had obeyed is that of relationship. My parents supposed that I should engage more in community activities rather than being a loner. It makes you a better and happier person. That one I ignored and loneliness almost killed me because I never learnt social skills. Am learning about it.
Conclusion
Take advices they are important. Without counsel nation can perish, and that nation is you or is in you. However take advices with caution because they can interfere with what you were meant to be and ruin your chances of succeeding in life..please in all circumstances, ask God for good counsel because it is only Him knows exactly what is good for you.
