What’s a secret skill or ability you have or wish you had?

Einstein’s most famous equation describes the relationship between energy, mass, and the speed of light.
It says energy (E) equals mass (m) times the square speed of light (c²), or E=mc². It means that mass and energy are related and can be changed from one to the other. Mass is basically the amount of material an object.
we should never confuse mass from weight, because weight is the force of gravity exerted on an object of a given mass. Given mass of an object as m,
then weight w is given as w=mg.

Mass changes depending on the object. In contrast, the speed of light is a constant—it is the same everywhere in the universe.

The speed of light is incredibly high. Because the speed of light is squared in Einstein’s equation, tiny amounts of mass contain huge amounts of energy.

According to my professor, as object increases it’s speed, it’s mass becomes less and it’s energy increases. Using the equation E=mc² , Einstein argues that we can be able to change our mass to energy and assume wave like behavior.
The professor said that if we can be able to move at a speed of light, we will be having such a large frequency such that we will be behaving like light.
That means we can penetrates sum transparent materials and becomes totally invisible.

I would like to have power to move at a speed of light so that i can overcome the earth’s physical limitations of movement and physical barriers that hinders me from going where my heart and spirit wants to go. I would like to have ability to move at 300 million meters per second and explore the earth and the universe. I want to go and see the galaxies, the hundreds of planets and millions of heavenly body, i want to go tourism in space and have immeasurable fun.

I want to go and explore space, see the planets and their motions from heights above the earth and enjoy the beauty and goodness of God’s creation. I want to go and see the orbits, see the arrangements of planets and heavenly bodies first hand because they fascinates me. I want to be in the moon’s surface and feel the walking without gravitational pull. Gravity makes our lives here on earth a little bit hard because we need extra effort to move.

when light falls on objects and object does not reflect light back to our eyes, that object will become invisible to us. I want ability to absorb light that falls on my body so that i can be invisible sometimes. it would be fun when i can see people without them seeing me, then i will stalk my friends without them noticing and discover what they say about me when am not there. It would be fun, won’t it?

What do you wish you could do more every day?

Ambitious and hardworking people always wish that they could accomplish more than what they have already done every day. It is a common feeling for those that have set high goals for themselves.

We want to read few chapters of a book everyday, we want to finish our projects on time, we have scheduled exercise, there are children to take care of, work demands are taking toils on us, our friends expects us on their functions, societies we are affiliated to need our attention, our significant others want our time …..and the list goes on.

It is common to feel overwhelmed with events and if not well checked , it can cause you stress because most often you find yourself accomplishing half or less of your to-do-list.

When taking account of your day you realize you have not accomplished this or that, you know procrastination is bad, but nevertheless you have postponed sending an assignment, you have skipped your reading schedule or your exercise. It feels bad,right? Sometimes it develops feeling of hopelessness in us which is a sign we are fatigued and doing too much.

Having too much to do makes our schedule be full of activities and denying us opportunity for self reflection and fun.We skip for many days the opportunity for meditation and eventually self awareness. It causes us to neglect our friends and loved ones and may also hamper our creativity because of having a crowded mind.

Having too much to accomplish per day will cause you lack clarity of though and reduce efficiency in executing your important functions. As a coping mechanism, most of us will be glued to their phone and keep scrolling aimlessly and we may find ourself spending many hours on social media as a way of running away from soo much demand on ourselves, eventually wasting most of our time.

Things to note

• Just have a few things to do every day.
• don’t beat yourself very hard if you did not succeed in accomplish somethings, instead revise tomorrow’s schedule to see if it is crowded.
• Live each day at a time
• socialization is as important as chasing the bag
• appreciate that time spent with loved ones could be the most precious things you will ever have.
• note that you may never remember all the work activities you did each day to get money, but definitely you will remember moments with important persons in your life
• Your life purpose is not in soo many things you do, but just in one single thing that you will be passionate about.
• No matter how much you try, there is no time you will feel that you have done enough

What is one word that describes you?

English dictionary describes the word tenacious as an adjective that describes somebody who does not stop holding on something or give up something easily. It is also used to mean determined.

Another dictionary meaning is one that is continuing to exist or having influence for longer time than expected, that is, persistence. For example in a sentence,

My aunt is in intensive care unit of a hospital but she is tenaciously clinging to life.

why does it describe me?

The reason that words describes me is because i rarely gives up. I have pursued dreams and goals for years and will not rest till i see them achieved. Sometimes pursuit of goals leaves me emotionally drained and physically fatigued and socially isolated. This is because i give total concentration to pursuit of a goal even when failure is imminent.

I have endured difficulties of life, gone through very difficult circumstances that could results to nervous breakdown or severe depression but am still here, strong and enduring. Sometimes i consider it a sheer luck or miracle that am a life. I have refused to die when i was very sick and i refused to die when i was drowned in river.

Just like a tree in desert places, i have endured storms of life.

I usually fight through situations everyone else considers hopeless but i see victory and success even if they say it is hopeless. But thank God you are not me, i doubt you have capacity to hold my pains, endurance and my heart. I have been deeply hurt by people i keep loving. I keep trying amidst aggressive resistance, That is why i confidently say that am tenacious.

My secrets to success

I have a God that helps me. If you have not a God to help you, you may not endure like me.

Be like a palm tree

In the past palms were symbols of victory, peace, and fertility. Palm trees endures strong winds but they don’t fall but remains grounded and standing tall regardless.some palms can live for more than a century meaning palm trees will outlive most of us. There is also recent evidence that, at the cellular level, palms may indeed be the oldest living trees because their cells are not replaced with new cells, as is the case with other trees.Palm trees don’t easily gives up in life.

Learn from Cedar tree

Cedars are evergreen and are known to stand tall and fight for their space among the other vegetations around them, dominating in the area they grow with height and horizontal space. They can endure seasons without giving up in difficult weathers and drying up.. They grow in dry areas too because their roots can go deep into the earth and fetch water. Be deep rooted in your faith for God so that you can endure the storms of life.

What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

I will pray and read the word of God from the holy scriptures. God already promises us great peace and goodness. All his creations is full of pleasantness and peace. In God there is no negative feelings and the reason we have negativity is because we are separated from him. Let me share some holy writings that creates in me instance peace and Joy.

2 Peter 1:2
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

Psalms 145:14 The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.

God’s intentions have been that human kind be full of pleasant memories and goodness and not feeling bad or negatives.

Psalms 145:7 They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.

Feeling bad is Abad spirit from negative forces of the world.

What activities do you lose yourself in?

Every time I have a project, I will be totally sold to it. My projects could be a client wanting me to make a simple java and Visual Basic program for him/her. Or it could be a course am trying to finish. Am totally sold to goals I have set for myself and I forget everything else to focus on that one task .

Am not good at multitasking and so I concentrate on a single thing until I bring it to it’s logical conclusion. The joy of finishing what I started is very rewarding to me.

Sometimes it comes with a cost because it can make me loose other important things to me like relationships. I have lost girlfriends because I was focusing on a project or course of study and I was not giving them attention as required. I loved them dearly but am always lost when there is something worth of my pursuit. I will concentrate on it with uttermost precision..

Sometimes it makes my life difficult.

Where would you go on a shopping spree?

shopping is something most of us enjoy as it gives us some good feelings and sense of control in our lives. It is an excellent way to spend our free time and gives us sense of achievement and belonging. Some studies have shown that, people who go shopping on regular basis have lesser chances of suffering depression and are happier than those who rarely do it. When you see a depressed person, dash them some cash so that they can go shopping, it can help them feel better:;;

Shopping is a process in which a customer explore the available goods in stores or services presented by one or more retailers with the intent to identify things to purchase.

It can also be described as an activity of going around market places and business stores looking for things that are available with potential to fulfil our needs or wants.

Shopping is an occurrence where a potential buyers meets with sellers of goods and services in order to familiarize themselves with sellers of merchandise.

Shopping is an enjoyable activities to many people especially women. Sellers always display items on sale on a very attractive way such that it is pleasant to the eyes. So when people go shopping, they enjoy very beautiful sceneries in the market areas. When shopping, you meet new items and update yourself with new developments in designs, technology and innovations, so shopping is also a learning experience.

To some people shopping is a therapy where they go shopping to distract themselves from their daily routines or stressful situations of life. Shopping is a pleasant experience that releases dopamine making as feel good. Offcourse we love possession of goods as human beings and shopping creates some good ideas in our mind about possibilities owning something we like.

On my part, it is not common to find me shopping because i can order what i need online and my time is always squeezed because of my very busy life.

however i have something against online shopping because people that are striving to bring all the things we need at our door steps are denying us human kind opportunities to have good time out there and improve on our mental health.

It is also a great moments when couples go shopping, it increases their bonds.

What is the last thing you learned?

It is not that hard working people succeeds because they are working hard. Good people don’t always get good things and there is righteous people that perishes in their righteousness and there are wicked people that prolong their days. That knowledge and understanding of science and earthly knowledge does guarantee that we will get food to eat. By the time we are dying, often in hospital bed, there is nothing that really matters about our lives and all the things we have done or acquired in life. All that we ever held in great regard is no longer exciting to us.

In my days on earth, i have seen highly educated people rotting in poverty. I have seen highly intelligent and skilled people rotting in jail. Yet i have seen unschool and illiterate making millions of money and ruling and exploiting well educated people.so i concluded that it is not always true that diligent hands will succeed and prosper.

I also noted that the world is not ruled by people of talent but people that happened to be in a certain position at a particular time. I have also seen seen strong and mighty people dying like animals and have seen poor people of the land living hundred years.

There are people who has not worked very hard in life yet they live in affluence, but there are those that wake up to do donkey’s work daily, yet they die in poverty and live their offsprings to the mercy of the world.

So in my pursuit to understand what life is all about i came across the following words and agreed with them.

“I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all”.

I also noted that that has a breath of life has potential to succeed and so anyone living in luxury has potential of sinking to misery.

I have noted that man is a very vulnerable creature that does not understand his vulnerability. He is also extremely selfish creature that follows only those things that will give him pleasure, right now or likely to make him happy later in his days. That human beings does not know exactly what they want in life, yet they are in constant pursuit of imaginary very pleasant thing that will give them the ultimate joy, yet they live the world without ever getting it. That most often all the thoughts of man is toward causing trouble and anxiety. And man is inclined toward evils than good, no wonder newsagents focus on bad news and ignore the good word. Am agreeing with this words:

“This is an evil among all things that are done under the sun, that there is one event unto all: yea, also the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead.”

I learnt that people want to have much more possessions than everybody else.

I also learnt about the ever struggle among men to dominate their neighbors, that people always want to be better than anyone else and their is comfort and joy that comes when people find that their neighbors are below them in possessions and status. I learnt that even your greatest friend is innately very unhappy when you are better than them and people are naturally jealousy. People are attached to you as long as they have something useful they can get from you and that to maintain people that surrounds you, may it be friends, lovers or wife, you must have something useful attached to you. This is what causes celebrities to be followed by many people and poor people to be abandoned even by their relatives. Women live men when they are broke and wealth men attracts a lot of women because human beings are highly attracted to things than to men. The same reason applies to us getting tools to maximize profit making in our companies at the expense of people we retrench.

That a man is in constant pursuit of comfort and avoidance of pain and so will seek people or things that can give him comfort and he/she will avoid miserable people that has been beaten by misfortunes because they make her uncomfortable.But man is never comfortable and his soul is always in search of something that can satisfy them.

When am using him, i mean both him and her because there is no neutral word to represent both.

Man is a tool animal and what makes man’s life much meaningful is his tools.

All this thing i have learnt in my pursuit of wisdom and have become sorrowful because i have seen all things as useless.

Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity.
What profit hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun?
