What job would you do for free?

Any job that makes somebody else life better, then I can do it without asking for any money

I have ever done some work for colleagues lest they get a reprimand letter because they were absent for job. Everybody else was condemning them for neglecting their job but I later discovered that they had a sick child and unsupportive spouse. Even today, I feel happy that I was able to help them.

All things we do in life is useless without other people around. Trees don’t eat their fruits nor rivers drink their own water. A barber don’t shave their heads and will need somebody else to shave them.

Nothing exciting like when somebody else is happy because you are there for them. Am a software developer but my skills, competence and excellence is of no use if I have no client to build something for.

As much as we work very hard to produce high quality products, houses we build, clothes we make, cars, mobile phones and everything else we produce in industries , we do it targeting people that consumes them. So everything that involves coming closer to people, creating joy and happiness and bringing justice to people, that one I will do without money..imagine all the money in the world in your house with yourself alone in the world, will it be enjoyable?

Our souls are made better when we make others happy and comfortable. And if we be rich, mostly it is because we found people that liked what we are selling.

However, some people that asks us to volunteer to work in their industries, just takes advantage of our desperation to exploit our labour. So job done for free to gain favor with an employer is a mere exploitation and should never be considered as a passion by the one offering their surface for free.

How would you improve your community?

I would like everyone to be rich and leading a comfortable and happy life. But transforming people’s life’s without first altering there mind is very difficult.

The best improvement I can give to my community is changing how we see things and how we think. The lens through which we see life is full of errors and made of many fallacies and wrong philosophies mostly due to flawed education system.

I want to change school so that it stop emphasizing on knowledge acquisition but on training of mind.

How have you adapted to the changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic?

I adopted online work and online dating. Before covid, it was almost impossible to convince our bosses that it was actually possible to work from home, everybody believed that real work could only be done in the closet of an office and we never imagined any kind of productivity outside the work premises. Now that is narrative long gone.

        An academy

If you could have something named after you, what would it be?

Not that I desire to make a name for myself or something, but having an institution to my name that nurtures young people in ways they can conquer issues of life by right mentorship, I think it will be very great.

I want a place where our mind is trained for thinking and creating to replace schools that feed our minds with junks.

A place to teach not only science and technology, but a place to nurture the right thinking, attitude and ideas. A place to create confidence and foster creative and critical thinking. A place to set young men to a worthy cause in a way they have principles, self-worth and integrity that is unwavering.

A place boys will be taught to live for a worthy cause and protect the woman instead of abusing her. A place where a man is not driven by sex or love of women, a place where a man is inclined to build a home. A place to set a man for prosperity in heart and mind such that he no longer need to be called names both at work and at home. what am i saying?,,,how can we make men become what he was originally created to be? How can we make men be men again?

A place to teach men to live for a worthy purpose not a life driven by sensation. It would be great if men were taught how to make the world a better place, where they learn to appreciate themselves without needing validation from women. It would make me happy that I left men that will make the world a better place, not Make the world more wrecked and dark.

My academy will teach people of all the nation that they are still worthy without causing soo much pain and fighting too much and the world has enough space for all of us.

A place where all people are okay with what God created them to be regardless of the environment they find themselves in where men leaves for a purpose and not for women. A place where relationships can be trained to live for decades. Am not even sure whether am thinking right:;;.

      2. We desperately need laughter

        We desperately need laughter

        What makes you laugh?

most often, people associates laughter with joy and happiness. But it is not always the case that people that are laughing are happy. Some people can laugh to hide their real feeling on somebody they are talking to, these people initiates a laughter to distract their audience from any possible body language that could betray their real feelings.

Their is that mischievous laughter we make when we are in the wrong and want to explain to somebody that it is not that serious, we laugh in order to indicate them that it should be that serious.

So i can argue that we have both genuine laughter and a fake one. A fake laughter can be described as a laughter that is triggered by our mind without our heart feeling it. A genuine laughter is a laughter that is felt in our hearts and involves more of our emotions than our mind.

laughter associated with emotions is caused by happiness and is mostly involuntarily. such laughter can be triggered by:

        The gloomy world

In professional and academic world, we often have people that are pursuing serious business formality and strict deadlines, rules, policies and procedures are rigidly used. This coupled by the very many demands of adult life can makes us develop the attribute of always being sober and that hearty laughter we used to have in our school days look like something gone for ever.

The heaviness of our heart is too much because of the things that faces us in our lives. we have huge bills to pay, we have collected loans that are now big burdens, that difficult boss, those toxic colleagues, the expectations of our society, the teenage children that have began to give us trouble, the school work for courses we have taken, the sales target we have to meet etc. This things can be too much for us such that we have suppressed completely our emotions of happiness such that getting laughter looks like something that only existed in childhood.

People we thought we loved and loves us turns out to be our greatest nightmare instead of being a blessing, and so our sorrows are multiplied. It has become increasingly difficult for people to live together in marriage and soo increased rate of divorce. This destroys their mental healthy and general well being.

Our technology and machines are isolating us from social life so that our ability to associate with each other is being narrowed everyday, we are always glued to our small gadgets called mobile phones, scrolling and scrolling continuously over the internet, meeting thousands of people on social medial platform who we can never connect with and we successfully ignore people that lives within our vicinity because of technology and advancement. This is destroying our emotions and driving us closer to robots we have created, we are out of control and machines dictates our ways.

However lack of happiness have reduced our lifespan and causing many to flood hospitals with various sicknesses because and have destroyed our mental healthy, sending us to early graves.

        Benefits of laughter
        • Laughter relaxes the whole body where a good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.
        • Laughter boosts the immune system because laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
        • Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals which promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
        • Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems.
        • laughter can causes us loose weight that could take many hours in the gym. One study found that laughing for 10-15 minutes a day can burn approximately 40 calories.
        • laughter melts away emotions of anger and bitterness. when we find something to laugh about amidst anger, the anger will go away, just like the way darkness flee when light emerges.
        • Laughter lengthen our days.A study in Norway found that people with a strong sense of humor outlived those who don’t laugh as much even when they are battling chronicle diseases.

        May you have a laughing weekend:;;

        Listening is an art

What’s something most people don’t understand?

Most people really listen. This is because listen is hard work. We are not always inclined to be good listeners, but we are always distracted by many things when we are listening to somebody speaking. In fact most of people when they are having a conversation with some one, they spend a good part of their brains thinking about what to say in response to what the speaker is saying, consequently, they loose details of the speech in the process. In fact, experts in communication says that an original message is distorted as it passes from one person to another, one reason for this is because of our poor listening habits.

If we could nurture the habit of effective listening, maybe there would be lesser arguments, quarrels and conflicts. When other people are talking, we should stop this habits of trying to insert and to stamp our stand on what they are saying but strive to understand their point of view. Our desire to safeguard what we know can be found from the way we keep interjecting when someone is speaking but not in seeking clarifications or reciting what they have just said, but to express our opinion and show our experience on the subject in discussion. This way we may loose a valuable wisdom we could have gained from the speaker, because we delighted on talking than listening.
